What we are doing!

Best Starts for Kids (BSK) is an initiative to improve the health and well-being of King County by investing in promotion, prevention, and early intervention for children, youth, families, and communities.

With this funding we plan to develop a South Park Health Network addressing health issues and inequalities related to food access, toxics, and access to safe affordable physical activity. Cultivate South Park will work with community members and experts to build programs and promote a culture of health in one of the most deeply impacted communities in King County.
